Previously, they were located just down the street from their current location, further down on Nooseneck Hill Road. However, after the move, they were able to renovate several aspects of their gym setting, as well as add a variety of new equipment.
While the gym is located in a small town and may not be as industrialized as other gyms, there are benefits to its small town style. One-on-one support is available for a variety of workout needs. Additionally, their small team is highly qualified with a variety of specializations, some of them holding certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), which certify them as highly qualified personal trainers.
The gym is open Monday through Friday from 6am to 8pm, as well as on the weekends from 8am to 5pm on Saturdays, and 8am to 4pm on Sundays. They are also open for limited hours on most holidays as well.
