The Exeter Public Library is hosting a fall fundraiser this Saturday, September 24th! The event is from 10am-3pm at the Yawgoo Valley Ski Area, 160 Yawgoo Valley Road, Exeter RI 02882. Student volunteers are needed to help manage all the different carnival games, as well as watch over the children who come.

The fundraiser will comprise a wide variety of stands for people to visit. There will be carnival games, pumpkin painting, face painting, balloons, a magician, music, and a special demonstration from the state police on police dogs! This festival isn’t only for children, though! There will also be raffles, a bake sale, artisan craft vendors, local author book signings, original works, as well as have the RIBA Alliance, and of course, there will be food, as a variety of food trucks will be present!

Tickets for activities at the festival are being sold for six for five dollars, however admission in to the event is completely free! Donations are also accepted and greatly appreciated to help raise money for the library.

Whether you decide to bring your family, volunteer, or just go check it out yourself, you can’t go wrong. The Exeter Fall Festival is here and ready to host the community.
